With the launch of my third book, Aunt Tabbie’s Wings, only a couple of weeks ago and the finished manuscript of The Secrets of Black Dean Lighthouse now with the editing team, what better way to relax than write another novel?
Writing has become one of life’s little pleasures and just recently, I have talked a friend into co-authoring a novel with me.
Reluctantly they agreed.
The wonderful thing about this partnership is, English is my first language, but it is their second language and I understand very little of their language.
So how does it work then?
We agreed that they would set the scene of the book and write the first chapter. Then they would send it halfway across the world for me to write the second chapter and so on. Until we have a finished manuscript.
What a wonderful experience this is turning out to be, particularly finding out about their culture and the do’s and don’ts of local life.
